Police say heroin becoming an increasing problem

The most recent arrest happened overnight Wednesday. Johnstown police said they pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation and stumbled upon a small baggie of crack cocaine and 20 stamp bags of heroin. Devone Huddleston was arrested and sent to jail.
