Is ritalin the safest? I have adhd and want to take the safest one. Concerta helped me in the past but was far too long lasting. Ritalin seems good, but ive been told it has more side effects than adderal. Also, I have suffered paranoia in the past, which makes me hesitant to try a stimulant. I feel paranoid on most days due to my anxiety. Would ritalin be a bad idea, as concerta helped with my anxiety when i took it. Thanks
