Panic Attacks/marijuana?
Question by xpinchependejochinod: panic attacks/marijuana?
i’m sick of all these anixiety attacks. i was a former marijuana user on and off for about a year. i quit on january 14th and three days later the marijuana withdrawals hit me. i had panic attacks and have been going through hell. at first it was the usual symptoms of withdrawals (insomnia, crazy dreams, derealization) after a few weeks most of the physical symptoms were gone and i just faced emotional problems after that. i had waves of mood swings that decreased little by little. now sometime in mid february i started getting a tingling feeling in my arm and thought i was having a heart attack. i ended up going to the doctor and nothing was wrong with me, i had normal blood pressure and heart rate. it is now may 16th and i’m sick of these panic attacks. they keep coming on and off and i keep thinking its a heart attack. i’m sick of living in fear. i feel just fine and these anxiety attacks just start coming out of nowhere. i start having trouble breathing or rapid breathing, chest pains, sometimes tingling in my arms, sometimes in my legs. after a while it all passes and i feel relieved again but i want to know HOW MUCH LONGER WILL THIS GO ON?!?!?! i’m sick of it! anybody else out there facing something similar? thanks for the help
