It is possible but it is very hard…The power of the mind is very strong..it’s all mind games….most can’t do it alone since they need somone else for guidance..but it starts with you…find the motivation believe in yourself and know that in “reality” you don’t “need” the drug..it’s possible but very hard..that’s a heavy drug…find peace with yourself and your emotions since that’s where the problem is most of the time with in yourself..your emotions and thoughts make up your reality..so be in control of yourself and your surroundings..and when you feel like giving up take a look at nature and recognize the beauty of life and see the beauty you hold inside..find peace and motivation..have faith.always.

In a short answer, No. Addiction is such a cunning and baffling enemy that it is rarely defeated by self driven actions. I am sure there are a minuscule number of cases in which a person stopped using, but that didn’t mean they broke their addiction. I have seen people over and over try to use their own means to break addiction, and the result was nil. They always tipped over and used again. In my humble opinion please do the following: Go to a reputable treatment center for at least 90 days(or 30 with a three month Half-way Program), Call your local N/A group(Narcotics Anonymous) and go to a meeting, Get a Sponsor to work the 12 Steps of the NA program, WORK the 12 Steps of the NA program, Find a Higher Power that works for you, Fix what ever is giving you your spiritual malady, and Help others to remain Clean. Be easy on Yourself and Others. Have a bit of willingness. Be Honest with yourself and others. Keep an Open Mind to the process and let it work.
