What is the stage in which the liver can not repair itself? High doses of what drug can cause suffocation by displacing the oxygen in the lungs and CNS?

Nearly any substance can cause depression, anxiety, and insomnia.
Fetal Alcohol Syndrome is what happens when the mother drinks while she is pregnant. This causes many MANY problems in the child throughout development.
High concentrations of inhalants can cause oxygen displacement in the lungs.
