Not if you don’t do it again or it makes you crave it. And if it does, if you resist the cravings..

No probably not as the two drugs are markedly different with no cross-tolerance.

However if you have an addictive personality (likely considering your question) if possible avoid opiates/opioids in the future as they’re very easy to get addicted to – and rather unpleasant to withdraw from.
