Cocaine is a stimulant (coffee to the nth level), so what you’d usually see is a “overstimulated” guy: senses systems all up. Its immediate effects include euphoria/extreme happiness, or maybe anxiety or anger. More severe physical symptoms include an increased heart rate and blood pressure, dilated pupils, and even seizures. If a person has been snorting “coke” or “crack” for some time, you’d probably see him with a perforated nasal septum (the little thingy that separates the two nostrils.

honestly, in all seriousness, any dose is an overdose.
