Not really. Although there have been some recent studies that show that taking a bicyclic antidepresent for the first 6-8 months after you stop using cocaine drops the relapse rate significantly.
I believe they had the best results with Venlafaxine. But it’s my understanding that it is not yet well excepted in the medical field. I’d suggest doing a search for the studies, print them out and bring them to your doctor.
