Is it possible that i need rehab from alcohol, ecstasy, and cocaine abuse when i was 16 years old? Now i’m 20 years old and sometimes i wonder if i need rehab because i still feel messed up everyday. do you know anyone that has gone to a rehab years later? or would that not make sense because its been so long?

Best result is ask the doctor or get a check-up. And your other options is just do what you do in rehab.

Rehab would not make any sense – it’s meant for drug detox and to wean you off the drug lifestyle, but you’ve done that already.
Psychotherapy is your best bet. You may have some problems that need to be addressed, but rehab is not the correct place for you.
