Can someone give me a definition- preferably a clear one that I can actually understand- of what it is?
And what some signs of having it are?

It is bs. Here, go find out for yourself at www.cchr.org and watch the videos of the psychs who can’t even name the symptoms of what they call ADHD. It is a fraud to get you on drugs.
