my mom is insane. lets just say that. but what are the signs of her O.D ing? this is what shes doing: stumbling around not knowing what shes doing. wearing her underware and a shirt. her eyes are super wide and shes mumbling and sluring. i cant make out anything shes saying. but dont say some stupid anser like shes dying. because shes done this several times in the past. i just dont know what she did so i wanna know if its O.D. thank you.

Hmmmm…. maybe. Make sure she stays breathing. If she passes out put her in the recovery position (link included). If it gets worse you might consider calling an ambulance. It would be best if you could figure out what she took.

It doesn’t sound like a narcotic OD. Maybe something like Adderal. A speed kind of thing, like crack/cocaine. Methamphetamine. It could be a hallucinogen like LSD, Ecstasy maybe, Those make the pupils of the eyes real wide. It may not be an OD, that’s just what those drugs do. It can make blood pressure and heart rate skyrocket, causing a heart attack or stroke. You kids aren’t dumb and I would think if she had access to this stuff or was a regular user, it wouldn’t get past you. It doesn’t have to be an OD to cause big physical problems.
I know it’s late but is there an adult, an aunt or uncle or someone that can come by and take a look and decide if an ambulance is needed? Worse come to worse you do it. She may be pissed, but she’ll be alive and “Mom, I was scared for you and wanted to be sure you were ok because I love you.” can go a long way to calm any anger she may feel. Good luck
