A family friend that we hadn’t seen for a long time came to visit the other day, he was completely incoherent. We thought he was drunk but he looked high on some sort of drug. We know the symptoms of cocaine and heroine usage but this was completely different.
These are the symptoms: He fell asleep for 2 hours, completely nodded out, then he woke up high as a kite, incoherently babbling, delirious with a rush of adrenaline.
We had to throw him out because there was no way of reasoning with him and we were afraid.
Could he be speed balling (Heroine and cocaine)?
It has to be some type of upper and downer, what possible drugs give that effect?

it could be a mix of amphetamine and Valium of a large quantity people got no reasoning with when on Valium
