Question by VC: Is this a sign of alcohol withdrawal?
I drink everyday normally 2-3 drinks per day, although last night i had 4. For the past few nights I couldn’t get to sleep and was full of despair (dramatic I know, but it is so true) because I felt weird shocks like nerve endings, itchiness like bugs and stabs that jolted me awake. All while trying to go to sleep. When I looked though, nothing was there but it would start again as soon as I lied back down. I have felt something similar when i did cocaine a few years ago, but does alcohol do this as well? I am assuming that I need to stop the daily drinking, but i have never experienced this with drinking before. I am only 29 and again drink 2-3 drinks per day. Thanks.

I believe and alcoholic is someone who cant stop period. Once and alcoholic, probably always an alcoholic. drinking isnt bad. 2 – 3. Im guessing 5 – 6. Or 9 – 12. Depending on how bored you get. Gotta admit your an alcoholic before you can start to fix, repair and change. Control it.
