im happy one seconde then im totally depressed , i get mood swings and i just want to cry and yell then i can go to being happy ? I Feel Anxcious and then i feel so angry ,,,,,,,

This could be bi-polar, as there are various degrees of it. You need to go see a therapist or your regular doctor to discuss your symptoms, and create a treatment plan. Once you find something that works, You’ll find you won’t “swing” from one mood to the other.
