Symptom’s of hyperglycemia———
Thirst, polyuria,Polynesia,weakness,malaise,nausea,vomiting,decreased perspiration,fatigue,anorexia/increased appetite, and confusion
Infections–
Fevers,dysuria,chills chest pains, abdominal pains, shortness of breath,
Physical-
I LL , appearances dry skin, labored respiration’s, dry mucous membranes,decreased skin torgor,decreased reflexes.
Vital signs-
Tachycardia,hypo tension,tachypnea,hypothermia fever (if infection)
Ketotic breath-(fruity with acetone smell), confusion, coma, stomach tenderness, UTIs
