I have a friend that has recently been medically diagnosed with social anxiety disorder. She hangs out with someone that does cocaine and she’s all the sudden been very talkative and has other symptoms of cocaine use. Would doing coke really make a very VERY quiet person really talkative??

It seems like she probably is doing cocaine since she isn’t behaving normal. Talk to her, or her family or other friends, to help her stop. Or do the right and brave thing by turning in the other person who does cocaine so then she will have to stop.

Yes it does and can make anxiety worse. But she probably feels like she is on top of the world.
