Crazy Night, Alcohol Poisoning, Now Im Confused?

Question by anon: crazy night, alcohol poisoning, now im confused?
can someone please help me out right now? on friday (3 days ago) i went to a crazy party. i ended up drinking way too much vodka, getting alcohol poisoning, and smoking way too much weed that i could handle. i woke up at my friends house with no recollection of that night before. i had flashbacks and started to remember some stuff..people told me i snorted cocaine, but i honestly dont remember.. so i have some questions

today..monday, 3 days later i still feel out of my mind, like i feel like im going insane or something..things dont feel right in my head. i cant keep my thoughts straight and i cant focus, i dont know whats wrong with me, i feel insanely depressed and i cant figure out why i feel this way.

im really confused about everything.

normally im a very intelligent person but right now i just feel ignorant. i have really bad anxiety and ugh i dont know.

you can probably tell by the way this is written that im not in a good state of mind.

OKAY SO THE QUESTIONS

1.) if i have no memory of what happened, and ive been told by 3 people that i did cocaine, is there any way of knowing? like do i have any symptoms of a cocaine “come down” i guess you would call it (im worried about this because i never intended to any hard drugs in my life”

2.) how can i get this to go away and go back to my normal self? its been 3 days it should have worn off by now, right?

3.) is this normal? has this ever happened to you, or anyone you know?

The reason you have no memory is that you killed some brain cells.

If three people confirmed you did cocaine, you probably did. If you want to verify it, get a drug test kit from your pharmacist.

You will probably have to just wait it out, time heals all as they say. Eat and drink healthy, stay away from alcohol and drugs, get plenty of sleep and you should come out of it just fine.

Yes, I have had similar experiences my freshman year of college where I drank way too much and “blacked out”. After two or three times, I learned my lesson and quit getting drunk. Luckily there are no long term effects if it is a once or twice situation, but if you make a habit of it, you will damage too many brain cells to recover from.
